How do I maintain my Artifact?
Peachy Pink Artifacts are primarily engineered with Stainless Steel for high durability. However, as they also feature delicate components like beads and crystals, you should follow the maintenance protocol to keep them in peak condition:
- Avoid Chemicals: Even though stainless steel is tough, chemicals in perfumes, lotions, and hairsprays can dull the shine of the beads and crystals.
- Dry Connection: To protect the delicate parts of your Artifact, remove it before swimming, showering, or intense physical activity.
- Soft Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe your piece after wearing it. This removes oils and keeps the crystals glowing.
- Safe Storage: When not in use, store your Artifact in its original Peachy Pink packaging to prevent the beads from scratching or the chain from tangling.
Can I return my Artifact?
Yes.
If the connection doesn’t feel right, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Here’s the protocol:
- Change of Mind: Returns are accepted as long as the piece is unworn, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Hygiene Protocol: For safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
What if my Artifact is defective?
If you believe your piece has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@peachypinkworld.com with your order number and clear photos.
Requests for refunds must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. After this period, refund claims are only considered in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
Once the initial report is approved, we will guide you through the return process for a detailed inspection at our studio.
- Defect Confirmed:
We cover all return shipping costs and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. - Refund Process: Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the amount to appear in your account.
- No Defect Found: If the piece is in perfect condition, or if the damage is found to be a result of misuse or accidental damage, the return request will be rejected.
- Shipping: The cost of sending the item for inspection is initially covered by you. If a defect is confirmed, all shipping costs will be fully refunded. If no defect is found, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to have the item sent back.
When will my Artifact be exported (shipped)?
All orders are processed and prepared for export within 1-3 business days.
(Note: During high-demand periods or new drops, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your Artifact.)
Once your package leaves our studio, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its journey.

Where are the Artifacts created?
Every Artifact is currently designed and hand-assembled at our studio in Greece. We source high-quality components from local and international partners to ensure each piece meets our structural and aesthetic standards.
As we evolve, we continue to work closely with specialized makers who share our vision for high-quality, custom-engineered designs.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
