Returns & Refund Policy
At PEACHY PINK, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you received your order. In this case, the return shipping costs are covered by the customer. Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless they are defective.
2. Defective Products
If you believe you have received a defective item, please contact us immediately at info@peachypinkworld.com with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect. Once your claim is pre-approved, we will provide instructions for the return process. In the case of a confirmed defect, shipping costs for the return will be covered by PEACHY PINK and a full refund will be issued.
3. Inspection Process & Rejection of Returns
Upon receiving the returned item at our headquarters, a thorough quality inspection is performed (including a video recording of the unboxing process).

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed: We will proceed with a full refund.

If no defect is found: If the item is found to be in perfect condition or if the damage was caused by misuse, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear, the refund request will be rejected. In this case, the item will remain at our premises and can be shipped back to you once the associated shipping and return costs have been settled.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the jewelry must be:

In its original, unworn, and pristine condition.

In its original packaging, including all branded boxes and inserts.

Accompanied by the digital sales receipt sent to your email at the time of purchase.
5. Refunds
Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
